TAILORED SUPPPORT

Covers all Remote work and On-site visits (unlimited) for Microsoft products, anti-virus and anti-spam products, backup software on the servers only, and covers Remote work on clients for Microsoft products only. First line support on non-Microsoft based problems. Also included in the price is complete site Disaster Recovery for the site (where appropriate backups are being taken).

Free project consultation for anything is included on an unlimited basis. You would only be charged for issues outside of your contract or new installs.

All site visits for all networking equipment or client based issues are included

Ransomware protection is included as standard

Proactive monitoring of all servers is included with our Gold support packages and our supported times are Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 17.00. All remote patching, remote reboots and remote system changes can be completed out of hours at no extra charge – at times to suit the customer.

This contract will cover your hardware equipment for unlimited site visits and unlimited replacements of the hardware items if a repair cannot be completed then a complete hardware replacement will be given.
Ashby understands that not all clients want to be tied down to a maintenance contract and as such we offer an ad-hoc service for, servers, client machines and other network items, although the response time is not contracted you’ll still get the same great service as if you did have a maintenance contract with ourselves.
Ashby understands that Microsoft Office 365 can be tricky to administer and manage, with this in mind Ashby Computers can take the pain away. With a single small annual payment, we can complete all of this for you and advise how to use Office 365 more efficiently as well as securing your Office 365 Tennant.
