Ashby Computer Services Retain Microsoft Gold Partner Status for Another Year
Ashby Computer Services are pleased to announce that they have retained their Microsoft Gold Partner Status again for another year despite the troubled environment that we have all found ourselves in with Covid-19.
A Microsoft Gold-Certified partner is a company that has agreed to collaborate and establish a close working relationship with Microsoft. Having that title means the company who applied itself has earned the highest standards of Microsoft’s widely recognized partnership program. In order to obtain this status, multiple members of staff must pass technical exams each year, the company must maintain a high customer satisfaction rating, as well as the sales team passing sales and marketing assessments to ensure that our customers get the right Microsoft technology for their business.
As a customer of Ashby Computer Services, you also get the benefits of us being a Gold Partner, as not only do you get the right technology for your business, you also get access to the Microsoft technical helpdesk. This would be called upon should Ashby Computers not have an answer to a technical issue and Microsoft would work with you to gain a resolution, this normally has a cost of several thousand pounds per ticket. You can also get access to technical labs where, you as the customer would get hands on experience to new Microsoft technologies to try and test before investing in them.
