Situation
A long time customer of ours – they negotiated a sale of the company to a larger owner.
Approach
Liaising with the new owners IT support, and with the customer, we facilitated the migration of the services from our standard suite of packages to their suite.
Impact and Advantage
The migration went smoothly and the customer is over to the new owner with minimal downtime.
We have also secured some parts of the old business to stay with ourselves as another entity, as they wish to stay with us for their IT support!
