Northamptonshire Lawn Tennis Association (NLTA) is the governing body for tennis in the county.
Situation
The customer were using an email system based on IMAP. This is causing issues with synchronising mailboxes, phone use and slowness. Security is also a concern. They also required better sharing of information amongst the team.
Approach
We quoted and were successful. Using our standardised onboarding process, we took over their IT support and support for all their 365, and other systems with little impact on the customer.

The site now have all their data in one area and its easier to collaborate on documents and store information.
