Avery Labels – Unifi upgrade and Training day
Avery is the world-leader for software-driven digital printing solutions for millions of small businesses and consumers and stands for organisation in the office, school and at home.
Situation
The customer had been using two Unifi controllers in software, and had been having trouble with them for a while. They also wanted to have more information on HyperV, how it works and how they can better support it internally.
Approach
We advised migrating the two software controllers to one hardware controller, making the system more robust and stable. After quoting and acceptance, we visited, migrated and resolved the stability issues.
Also whilst there we spent a few hours taking them through the HyperV system onsite and the basics of supporting HyperV as a Role in Windows Server OS.
Impact and Advantage
They now have a more stable Unifi system, without dropouts. They are also now more confident in their internal support of HyperV.
