Situation
The onsite IT team required assistance with several projects and high level support of their infrastructure going forward.
Action
We went to site and sat down with their IT Team and management team. Working out what they needed, we put together a proposal that covered their custom requirements and put this forward to the company. Included in this proposal was a new HP Server to run as a Windows Virtual Host server to run VMs for their needs.
The proposal was accepted and we implemented their needs, and took over support of their higher level needs.
Outcome
The IT team has more scope for works they can complete onsite, while we monitor and look after the higher level parts for them.
