Situation
The customer were using Google Mail for their main email system. Recently Google have depreciated older version of Office from connecting to their systems for security. Unfortunately the customer was using this older Office version and had issues connecting to their emails through outlook.
Approach
We advised a full migration over to Office365 for the Email and Office services, so that everything was updated and secure. The migration took place with minimal disruption over a few hours.
Impact and Advantage
Customer can now use Outlook on the latest version for their emails.
