Duson Parish Council – Office 365 Migration
Duston Parish Council is committed to supporting the community in any way we can. We will continue to support local residents in need as well as provide practical signposting to internal and external services, agencies and activities that can all help with our everyday needs.
Situation
The incumbent email supplier was sold to another company, this new company wouldn’t carry on the email supply for the existing customers and gave them all a deadline to move their services elsewhere.
Approach
Having a few other Parish Councils already under support and happy with our services, we were recommended to Duston Parish Council.
We audited their systems, emails and data. We then quoted for a migration, which the customer accepted.
Our engineers completed the whole migration over two days (one for the email migration and disruption and another for the data migration).
Impact and Advantage
The customer is happy and has streamlined some of their processes. It is an ongoing project for them, and we are excited to see what they do with Copilot going forward.
