I.D. Lloyd & Sons Limited offers coordinated Commercial Decorators services to principle-contractors and businesses in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Challenges
The customer were renewing their Cyber Security Insurance and as such were looking at options for increased security.
Solution
We reviewed the Insurance’s requirements, and quoted our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) product, to cover most of the extra requirements of the new policy.
Implementation/Process
The customer accepted the quote and we arranged the installation of the product.
There were some initial issues with the product, but the Vendor gave us direct access to their Product Design Manager and as such we had the issues resolved quickly.
Results/Benefits
The customer now has a comprehensive security package which includes:
- AV
- MDR
- Vulnerability and Patch Management (VPAM)
- Web Filtering
The Insurance policy is now in place for the customer.
