Northants ACRE – Onboard
Challenges
A returning customer for Ashby Computers, ACRE were on our support for a long time, before leaving our services for cost reasons.
Recently the management has changed and as such the new CEO wanted to get us back onboard for support, after a challenging period of poor support from the incumbent IT they had moved to, to save costs.
Solution
We met with the new Leadership Team, re introduced ourselves (for the newer members) and showed them our new offerings in the support space, since they had left.
Implementation/Process
We planned and booked an engineer to onboard them onsite, for a face to face visit, so their staff could get comfortable with us, and so that our staff can get used to their workings and staff as well.
Results/Benefits
The customer has never been happier, they get a fast response, fast resolution, and we are now cheaper than their incumbent IT support.
We now have a feel for their needs, and they have a good understanding of us as well. The relationship goes from strength to strength.
