Situation
A long term customer of ours that has aging infrastructure that needed updating.
Action
We audited the customer and recommended several items to replace their aging Small Business Server, including a new Virtual Host server for their onsite LoBs, Office365 for emails and Shaerpoint for Cloud document storage. As well as new PCs to replace older units.
The proposal and quotes were accepted and the customer was migrated to the various systems with minimal downtime. The customer runs a long working day, starting very early so it was very important to work around their special working needs, we achieved this fully for them.
Outcome
A very happy customer with new equipment, ready for the future.
