Situation
An ageing server for the customer meant that security and future-proofing the business had become an important topic of discussion with the customer.
Approach
Upon the release in January Copilot did away with the 300-seat minimum, so the customer jumped on the chance to have it enabled in their 365 tenant.
So we quoted for the Copilot and they accepted. We enabled the Copilot integration in their 365 Tenant, and the customer uses it daily.
Impact and Advantage
The customer is happy and has streamlined some of their processes. It is an ongoing project for them, and we are excited to see what they do with Copilot going forward.
