Situation
Route 1 approached us for looking at their current systems and support. They required better support than they had presently, and server upgrades for an upgraded Warehouse Management System.
Approach
We audited the site and systems, and came up with recommendations for them. We quoted as required and were successful.
Utilising our standardised procedures, the migration was completed with no downtime for the customer, whilst ensuring they could carry on working when they needed to.
We also took over the support for the site, and have reduced their IT response and resolution times.
