A current supported customer of ours, that had a data recovery incident, needed our assistance in getting back 10gb of data from their systems, after an accidental data loss scenario.
Solution
Using the SkyKick 365 Backup system that we resell, we were able to get back all the missing data for them.
The SkyKick system allows us to restore data from our customers 365 system for emails, OneDrive, SharePoint, teams and planner. It’s a robust system with unlimited retention (as opposed to Microsoft’s own 365 default retention of 30 days).
